Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German VSBG.

Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025, so it is intentionally not linked here.
